What happens to the details you send us by WhatsApp, WeChat and email: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and who sees it. This website has no forms. We supply trade and business buyers, so most of what we hold is business contact information.

Who we are
This website belongs to AKR Ventures [legal form] ("AKR Ventures", "we"), an import and trading business with showrooms in Faisalabad, Lahore and Islamabad. We decide how the details in this policy are used. Our registration and tax numbers are on our About page.
What we collect
This website has no forms. Enquiries come to us by WhatsApp, WeChat or email, and we receive only what you choose to send.
WhatsApp and WeChat
When you message us, we receive your number or WeChat ID, the profile name you have set, your messages and any photos, videos or files you send. WhatsApp and WeChat are run by their own companies under their own privacy policies, which also apply to those chats.

Orders and invoices
When you order, your company name, city, contact details, NTN and STRN, which sales tax invoices must carry.
Visits to this website
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records each request: IP address, page, date and time, browser and device type. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics. If we turn on website analytics, it counts pages visited, the site you came from, device and browser type and an approximate location (city or country) taken from your IP address. It is not used to identify you, and the tool will be named here before it starts.
- Your display setting. If you choose Device, Light or Dark in the footer, your browser stores that one setting. It does not identify you and never leaves your device.
This site sells nothing online and takes no payments, so it never asks for card or bank details or passwords.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, including with prices you ask for.
- To confirm, deliver and invoice your order. Sales tax invoices carry the buyer's name, NTN and STRN, as FBR requires.
- To arrange installation support and handle warranty claims with the authorised supplier in your city.
- To keep the business and tax records Pakistani law requires.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We send you messages about your own enquiries, orders and account. We send other news only if you ask for it, and stop when you tell us to.

After that we delete the record, or remove the details that identify a person.
Data stored outside Pakistan
Some of the services we use, such as hosting, email, WhatsApp and WeChat, may store data on servers outside Pakistan. We use only established providers and share only what each service needs. [Countries and providers to be listed after legal review.]
How we protect it
- This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Only the staff who handle your request or account can see your details.
- Company documents you send us are used for the purpose you sent them for.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what details we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct details that are wrong or out of date;
- delete your details, unless the law requires us to keep them (invoices, for example);
- stop sending you anything other than messages about your own orders.
We reply within 14 working days. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act.
The law that applies
This policy is written for the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), which protects electronic data and information systems from unauthorised access, use and disclosure. If a personal data protection law comes into force in Pakistan, we will update this policy to meet it.
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

For any privacy question or request, write to our support desk at support@akrventures.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, or message us on WhatsApp. A named desk, not a person, handles every request.
